Apple Announces New 27 Inch Cinema Displays

Apple finally updated the cinema display from 24 inches to a 27 inch led display. the 27 inch display weighs in with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. That is about a 60% increase in pixel room over the 24 inch LED display. In addition to the extra room you will gain, you will also see included an iSight camera, microphone and speakers, as well as a powered usb 2.0 hub including 3 ports and a MagSafe Connector to charge your laptop while you use it. The display is using the tried and true IPS panel, it also incorporates an ambient light sensor to adjust the display’s brightness in response to the light in a room. As with all Apple products this monitor is extremely eco-friendly and will be available for $999 US later this year in September.
